What merchandise is not accepted?

The following merchandise can not be returned for refund or exchanged:

  • Merchandise that has been altered or monogrammed.
  • Products that have failed as a result of normal wear and tear.

How to Process

In the event that you are not satisfied with the merchandise when you receive it, please return it to us in its original condition for a prompt refund (excluding shipping charges) or exchange. See the back of your invoice for return instructions.

  1. Complete Return Form
    Print Form    Print, complete and enclose the form with the package.
  2. Insure and Send Your Package Prepaid
    Insure your package and send it prepaid through U.P.S. or U.S. Parcel Post. Drysdales will not accept C.O.D. Please allow 5 - 7 days after our receipt of merchandise for your refund or exchange to be processed
