Why isn't everything in the print catalog listed online?

There are several answers to this question. In some cases the manufacturers have a policy that prohibits the display and/or sale of their brands on the web. For other products, especially sale items, we may lack sufficient quantities or sizes to offer them on our site. And finally, with 8 new catalogs being published each year, we simply do not have the time nor resources to list every single item from each catalog. Please contact us by phone or e-mail if you are interested in an item you can't find on our site. We will email you about availability.

How can I return merchandise I bought from the web site or the catalog?

  • Refunds and Exchanges. In the event that you are not satisfied with the merchandise when you receive it, please return it to us in its original condition for a prompt refund (excluding shipping charges) or exchange.

  • Return Instructions. See the back of your invoice for return instructions. You should insure your package and send it prepaid through U.P.S. or U.S. Parcel Post. Please allow 5 - 7 days after our receipt of merchandise for your refund or exchange to be processed..

  • Gift Certificates:. Currently you cannot purchase gift certificates through the website. This is a feature that we're working on implementing at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  • Gift wrapping. We are not set up to gift wrap your purchases, but we can enclose with the package a card that has a personal message included. How do I order a size?

Use the "drop down" box found under the product price labeled "Size", click on the arrow and a list of sizes will be shown, click on the size you need to highlight it, click off the box to close. The size and product information carries over to the online purchasing form. Some products require more than one size specification. If for some reason you haven't selected all of the apporpriate sizes, the website will notify you what information needs to be provided before the item can be added to your shopping cart.

I would like to model for your catalog, who do I contact?

We use Linda Layman Agency located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
