Features a cantle gusset that gives you more weather protection and mobility while riding and a front storm flap for foul weather. Has a newly configured removable cape and snaps around legs when riding. Two large flapped cargo pockets with hidden hand-warmer pockets and drawstring at waist for adjustment to allow layering for added comfort.
