This rough-and-tumble double-feature stars Roy Rogers, the "King of the Cowboys," in two rare 'Trucolor' westerns from Republic Pictures. In "Under California Stars" (1948), Roy roughs up a few bad guys when he plays a border patrol officer and must take on a bunch of no-good smugglers.
