The comfort system consists of leather covered polyurethane insole for moisture and shock absorption. In addition, they have a rolled and pegged steel shank for arch support, and a second layer of foam around the ball and heel for cushioning. The heel cap protects and adds durability to the soles. These ladies boots feature a mink full quill ostrich leather foot, a wheat goat leather shaft and are accented with a diego inlay They have a durable pro-form crepe outsole, the Lucchese H or K toe and a D heel.
